Observation

During onsite inspection, licensor observed window blinds on windows in the proposed licensed area with pull cords that are capable of forming a loop and posing a risk or strangulation. Licensor observed a pull cord sliding glass door covering on the emergency exit capable of forming a loop and posing a risk of strangulation. (2)(b) During onsite inspection, licensor observed pull cords in the proposed licensed area on the window blinds, sliding glass door blinds, and a power cord connected to a deep freezer capable of forming a loop around a child’s neck and not used during supervised children activities. (2)(c) During onsite inspection, licensor observed the emergency exit and outdoor play area sliding glass door exit, without placement stickers or art work placed on the glass. (2)(f) During onsite inspection, licensor used a thermometer to test the water temperature and observed the water temperature at 120.8 degrees when(4)(e) During onsite inspection licensor, observed that the outlets in the main entrance and proposed childcare area are not equipped with a tamper resistant outlet or blank plated.
